i presume it’s because cubicles don’t have actual doors, but little phenomenon that has popped up in officeland is when someone, politely interrupting your current task, says, “knock, knock,” before entering the container that is your cubeoffice.
You’ve found the legacy blog. It’s twenty-some years of writing, in roughly the state I left it. Spacer GIFs, old jokes, posts that did not age well; some of it is fine, some of it is a basement. I keep it online because the work was real, and because deleting old posts would feel like editing my own past.
