i tried upgrading to a mysql database in order to have a more stable blogging environment but, of course, it’s not working because nothing ever goes smoothly when i try to make things better for me. so you get to hear about it. :P
You’ve found the legacy blog. It’s twenty-some years of writing, in roughly the state I left it. Spacer GIFs, old jokes, posts that did not age well; some of it is fine, some of it is a basement. I keep it online because the work was real, and because deleting old posts would feel like editing my own past.
