thanks to renee for her most recent comments re: the assembly of my wheel.. now i have another question: the auction lady gave me a bag of roving with the wheel to “get me started”. do i really have to tear bits off of it in order to spin? it seems like carded wool wouldn’t need to be turned into roving if all you have to do is tear it apart again to spin.
