WordPress is my favorite CMS. I even run the Madison WordPress Meetup in Madison, WI! I can also navigate other Content Management Systems (CMS) like Craft, Expression Engine, Joomla!, Squarespace, and Wix. I will happily move your website away from GoDaddy or any other host that is too expensive for what you need.

Project Management

I keep my schedules realistic and projects under budget, and I provide administrative training to the folks in charge of the content. I also record mini-tutes for you to save for later!

Usability Research

Do you wonder why customers aren’t converting? Do you have an idea for a new feature but you’re not quite sure if it’s a good idea? Usability Research is the term for several methods used to get answers to those questions and more. Your users and potential customers are waiting to share their opinions. Let’s ask them!

Personas, Wireframes, User Journeys. The Who, What, and Why are important to investigate and document when considering improvements to your online presence.

Technical SEO

Search Engine Optimization is finicky and simple, complex and straightforward, difficult and easy. I can audit and advise on tightening up your technical SEO implementation.
