i’ve been taking melatonin for sleeping, just cuz it’s fun. the dreams are crazy!
last night, i dreamed that i was sitting on this hill with a cat or a baby and could see some very large fowl flying toward us. they were rainbow-colored and looked like sandhill cranes except they were roughly the size of a large dog, with beaks to match. so i was filming them flying toward us with my iphone and they got so close that i had to grab one by the wings and sort of wrestle it to the ground so it wouldn’t hurt the catbaby that i had on my lap. i threw my iphone into my pocket and the screen cracked. i don’t remember being angry about it, but i went to this off-brand apple store to get it fixed and it turned out to be a coffee shop where the barista was the receptionist at our vet clinic and she didn’t like us very much.
then i woke up.
