morning! i just wanted to write to let you know about the experience (or lack thereof) that i had last night at tex tubb’s. i was going to write a yelp review, but it doesn’t seem appropriate since i didn’t actually have dinner.
i do want to preface this by saying that i’m not really a snotty food jerk; i just get expectations in my head and become summarily frustrated when they’re not met.

also, i attempted to email this to [email protected] from the link on your website, and received a failed delivery message from that email address.
i got a response from the corporate office who forwarded my email to the gm at tex tubb’s. patrick, the gm, emailed me a sincere apology and invited me back and offered to buy me dinner!
i’m pretty impressed with the reaction, and certainly did not expect anyone to offer anything more than an apology. i told him i’d introduce myself the next time i have a prickly pear craving.
i guess that’s the grease to my squeaky wheel.
