we had to renew the dog licenses for 2007 and the city of madison requests it via snail mail since they want you to include a self addressed stamped envelope so they can return the tags (cheapies!). whenever i’m asked to provide an s.a.s.e., i always use our return address labels for the mailto and the return. this is the first time it actually paid off. it was delivered to the wrong address and returned to me.
