the new dsl modem came yesterday, and got hooked up without a hitch. it fixed the connectivity problem. now, the next endeavor is to reinstall movabletype with a mysql database so i can possibly reimport 3+years worth of entries so it doesn’t look like i’m a bloggyn00b. :) maybe on saturday; we’ll see if i have any motivation for computers.
