we presented our “notice” to the sellers on monday. we asked that they get someone out to look at the chimney; according to the inspector, the flashing could have some attention paid to it, as well as getting a cap on the chimney.
we haven’t heard from our realtor since wednesday.
meanwhile, i have started compiling a mental list of things we need, things we need to do, things we want to do… and then i start getting overwhelmed so i have to stop.
