successful taco sunday. not to be confused with my previously mentioned taco sundae. you see, football sundays require “working around” football. i don’t necessarily like this, but it’s a fact of life. so, if the game is at noon and we go out for our usual breakfast, no one will eat taco sundae because we’re all still full. therefore, we have taco sunday. if the game is at 3, then breakfast is pretty well on its way out by the time halftime rolls around, so taco sundae is served. if it’s a monday night game, or the packers’ byweek, then we just stick with the old standby, taco sunday. it seems complicated, but it’s not; really.
