i forgot to bring the ding dang camera with on our walk-through yesterday. amazingly, however, they cleaned out the entire basement and the yard was no longer filled with trash. the whole place, though, has a very small layer of scum about and we’ll need to apply some elbow grease before we paint on saturday.
unfortunately, kurt kinda procrastinated on calling the floor guy, so we still don’t have him scheduled for the upstairs bedrooms…
